Returns
Because our items are custom printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or change of mind.
We strongly recommend checking the size guide before placing your order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
To be eligible for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide your order number
- Include clear photos of the issue
Refunds
Once your claim is approved:
- A replacement will be issued or
- A refund will be processed back to your original payment method
